Hi all

Here's a old pic (the first one) of my EK not long after I got her from a bloke up in Deception Bay. Paul Kelly had done the work after she'd been in an accident. He had it painted gloss black with purple scallops (I think) but when I got it, it was in gray primer. The second pic is the only one I got at her present state, not pretty. Pulled her up from the back yard onto the street for a couple of days and got snapped by the Google car for street view.





Can't wait to get her back on the road and start annoying the neighbours with the noisy pipes!

Yes Shelley my 15 minutes of fame. The council came the day after I put her on the street and told me to move it or they'd get her towed. Scotty if you find those pics I'd love to see them. Paul Kelly showed me one years ago. Hope to get her up and running soon. It'll be a bit of a rough job, good 20m car I hope. Satin black, green metal flake roof and rims. Some kind of side trim. Shave the handles and I got those cruizin' skirts off Paul to put on. Just gotta find the time to start.

Hey Brett, That car lives down off newmarket road? If it is, I came past when iot was in its previous paint.

Has that got the 'Smooth Custom's' frenched headlight rims on it too, Paul??

Theo that sure is me off Newmarket Road. Do you live around the area. Paul you painted the car flat black for me a few years back now. Unfortunately it hasn't held up well and she needs a good going over.

Prior to the purple scallops it was flamed. Have a pic of it somewhere at the sugar shack at Fingal.

Rob I have a similar picture of it somewhere as well.
A few monts after i repaired and resprayed it, the owner repainted it flat black with flames?

Scotty, it did have my frenched headlight covers, but not anymore.
