Spot putty for enamel paint - bog and talc?

Post by gareth »

repainting the girls FB, having trouble finding a spot putty to use under enamel paint, my local paint shop gave me blank stares when i said the E word. Eveything i have tried has reacted.

any suggestions?

i have heard of putting talc into bog to make a softer substance suitable to use as spot putty, anyone able to verify it? and possibly rough ratios?

Thanks

PS, im so over sanding

Gareth, which paint shop have you been talking too?

Try the dudes at VG Auto Paints (Giraween) or Auto West (Penrith). They know their stuff.
