Indicator knob

Hello,
As the heaading says I am after a indicator knob. The little plastic peice that screws onto the end of the indicator lever. Mine perished and broke.
Also as in a posting below I too am after the rear window stainless cover that joins the stainless in the middle of the rear windscreen.
