G'day all..
Anyone going to Sydney Olympic Park this weekend to Motor Ex?
I have a mate unveiling a car this year so I'll be there on the Saturday so will Paul Kelly..(this will prove one and for all.. I'm the tallest of the three!!  ).

Won't be taking the EK though as it has a 'severe lack of spark' at the moment and I waiting to get electronic ignition in it (as condensers are as rare as hen's teeth!), plus I don't like the thought of it being in the car park where any idiot can handle it in my absence! It does'nt matter with the Triton ute (it could be run into & you would'nt notice  ).

If anyone has the time, I'd suggest to be there for the un-veiling (about 12.30) of 'the Airborne 8' ..this is a Hot Rod right out of history & very 'left field'.. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8), word has it there are 66 bit's of makes and models in it dating from 1933-1967!! This car has been sitting around since the death of the original owner (Billy 'the Scar') in '67..and has been meticulously completed to it's original design :o 8) . Buck Rogers eat your heart out! 8)

You have to see it to believe it! 8)

I've taken quite a few shots of the cars..just have to reduce 'em and I'll stick 'em up tomorrow (Sunday)..it's been a big day and I'm bushed..what with the Triton blowing a heater hose (5 k's from Motor Ex) and generally being an over-heating bastard! :x ..I think it hates city driving!!  ..funny how it came back home without a hitch?? Don't get me wrong..I'm NOT complaining!! Serves me right for not taking the EK!
