Scan from Holden "EK" Parts Catalogue

From a few of my recent posts, I am in the process of putting together a "manual" for the FB/EK Warmaride heaters. The idea is to pull together a heap of scattered info off the FB/EK and FE/FC forums, old manuals, my dissassembly photos etc into one place. The manual will give some idea
a) on what Warmaride heaters were offerred in different Holdens (with pictures to identify them),
b) what the FB/EK ones in particular looked like,
c) how to remove, pull apart, reassemble and install one without breaking anything,
d) how to overhaul the heater taps (both the manual and thermostatic type),
e) what parts are available (heater ducts, taps etc... including contact details) and how to make some of the ones that are not available,
I intend to get it proof-read by the gurus, then post if on the forum for us all to use
.
My guess at the moment (yet to be confirmed by the gurus) is that
a) both FB's and EK's were offered with an optional heater which screwed up under the plenum chamber cover door, which was just a bare heater core (some still have demister ducts attached). These were the "Fresh Air and Demister Package", often referred to as the "poverty pack" heater.
b) both FB's and EK's were offered with an optional heater which bolted under the centre of the dash, which had a dark grey square casing with a fan (some had demister ducts, some had a flue, some had a flue with controls, some had manual taps, some had thermostatic taps). These were the "Recirculating and Demister Package", often referred to as the "Warmaride" heater.
c) Some FB's may have been offerred with the round Warmaride heater with two doors as per FC's.
In pulling together the literature, I have the following:
The Holden “FB” Parts Catalogue indicates that two heaters were available from Holden:
a) The “Fresh Air and Demister Package”, part number 7414672
b) The “Recirculating and Demister Package”, part number 7414673
The catalogue shows a line drawing of a round heater with doors marked “NASCO” and “Warmaride” similar to that offered on the FC Holden.
The FB Holden NASCO Car Accessories brochure indicates that a “Car Heater” was available, with the following text:
“Even on the coldest winter day you drive snug and warmed with warm air flow throughout the car. Demisters supplied with the heater remove dangerous windshield fogging. Two types...Fresh Air and Recirculating”.
The accompanying drawing shows a square cased heater with a winged heater knob escutcheon located under the centre of the dash (the type of heater commonly referred to as an FB/EK Warmaride).
The EK NASCO Car Accessories brochure is identical to the FB brochure with respect to the heater text and picture.
I also have copies of the two Holden Workshop Manuals ("FB" Series and "EK" Series) which indicate some radiator flushing procedures and the need for antifreeze if running the optional heaters (though no other info).
What I would like please are scans of the following (just the heater details... not the whole manual!):
a) the The Holden “EK” Parts Catalogue
b) the Fitting Instructions for any Warmaride heater (...wishfull thinking... none are known to exist)
c) any other brochures, manuals, part numbers etc that anyone may have lying around.
Any help very much appreciated.
