If you want a two speed setup apparently an XP one is the go. I have one but haven't even looked yet to see whats involved for fitting.
Speed and Style........... One day I'll get the speed bit.

Castle auto electrics do a two speed unit that just bolts in according to what I have heard. I have never used one.
