Not too sure if I spelled it right but how do the educated replace the spigot bushing on a red crank, more so how do you put the new one in without stuffing it. All suggestions will be appericated.
And yes I stuffed the first one .

Stick it in the freezer for a day then tap it in with a socket.

Thanks Blacky, I knew someone would know an eaiser way to do it. Just spent 2 day on and off trying to get the box in only to find out that the bearing is not right
