When you went past a good lookin' sheila you give her a bit of a blow......
I got a lot of "glee" out of driving people on bicycles nuts..... but....
One day, upside down under the dash - with my legs over the back of the front seat - was working on something with the engine running.......
Managed to short out this wire across the back of the amp gauge..... cut through the oil line to the oil pressure gauge and I grabbed the hot wire...... burned right into my fingers - nearly to the bone......
Can you imagine how I got out of there..... hot oil going all over me and into my eyes - kicking and struggling to get out from under the dash with burned fingers an a red hot wire still in them........ smell of burning flesh is not nice..... and bloody sore for weeks..... wolf whistle made a departure from my arsenal of "accessories"......
Steering wheels fitted to FB/EK's are pretty big when you're trying to get out from under them - not around 'em......
sorry Mick - did it again - didn't I?
frats,
Rosco
ps - lucky the engine stalled - would have got a lot more oil on me by the time I got out if it didn't......
still 'til this day can't remember why I was under there...... didn't have the warmaride in at that time just these three "Arrow" gauges, a wolf whistle and a "Realistic" auto reverse tape deck...... along with the "factory" radio.......
