G'day Everyone happy new year to all.
Just a quick couple of photos of the FB, chipping away slowly, time to get back onto it, now Christmas is out the way, and the family camping trip is done.
cheers

G'day Gents,
A bit of a late start today, ended up getting three parts pissed last night, but managed to fit up the exhaust and the rear hand brake assembly
Rear brakes were the biggest pain in the drain, as I firstly had the brake pads on the wrong side and only discovered this when it came time to install the hand cable, so after I changed it all over from left to right I was able to install the cable, F#ck it !!!, I had installed the cable incorrectly, as there is a left and right side of the rear cable, there is a plastic sheave on the cable to protect it from the exhaust, so it all had to come off again, sorted?? well I thought? for the life of me I was unable to install the arm which levers off the cross member, ended up being the outer flexible sheaves on the rear cable were not seated correctly, where they enter the rear of the drums, good making progress, well f#ck me this is when I was going to throw the 1/2 inch ring spanner around the shed, I had forgotten to install the felt gaskets behind the brackets which hold the outer sheaves to the rear of the drums, any way that's enough today.
cheers
Thomo.

Looking Great. Remember the old saying " Two steps forward, one back" With this learning curve, the next FB/EK will be much easier. Regards Daz.
