Paint the radiator black, or the fan silver and it should disappear.
Cheers,
Harv

Can somebody confirm for me that the standard ek automatic carpet fits properly with the larger floor hump like the CRS one, I know Harv has mentioned it but I want to double check before purchasing.
Regards
Neil

I went the Hydramatic floor pan to be sure to be sure....... Then I went and modified the firewall in 25mm and doesn’t fit perfectly. Wrong time of year but I reckon leaving out in the sun on a hot day and some strategically placed weights will sort any kinks.
Se of you can talk to Martin the guy that supplies them. I’m sure he will have some knowledge to share.
Fantastic product the repro mats.

This is his site. I think he has the original dies. Nice and authentic looking but more durable I’d say modern compound. I had to phone my order from memory. Once I got hold of him he was spot on. Took about 5 weeks though. Better get onto it. There may be quicker solutions but worth the wait I reckon.

Finally pulled out the digit and tackled what i think is the last big mod I have been struggling with 'The Electric Windows'
I spoke to Peter Woolven (fantastic green SBC Ute over here for those that don't know) he popped in and we discussed how he had done his, I took some notes and drew up the bracket and started on it last weekend, got both installed yesterday passenger side is working really well, drivers side the glass is a bit tight in the runners so the motor struggles so will try to sort it today otherwise all good and big thanks to Pete

Obviously have to trim length of bolts etc.
what have people used to replace the rubber in the channel at the bottom of the glass, I went to Clark rubber and got a couple of different pieces that looked like they would do the job but can't get the glass to go into them, was thinking of just using Sikaflex, any ideas would be appreciated.
Also mounted the fan on the outside of the radiator last weekend and painted it silver as digested by Harv and it doesn't look all that bad, thanks Harv.
