Re: FB ute
How the hell was it achieving nearly 60psi? I'm pretty sure a solid relief won't even get it this far. Somethings a bit fishy mate.Blacky wrote: Mon May 11, 2026 10:21 pm Well this is a turnup for the books - went to buy some oil and they didn’t have any - got home thought I would try it again and it’s fine - 15-20PSI at idle …..
Buggered if I know…… hoping the relief valve isn’t sticky

As Clay said mate , it would have to be the gauge - it only had that sort of pressure on the run down to Augusta and back the other week - usually it hovers in the low 40’sCraig Allardyce wrote:How the hell was it achieving nearly 60psi? Re: FB ute
Tonight I got the phone holder mounted up - made a couple of plates out of leftover bits that didn’t look like an aerial bracket. Removed the ash tray and knocked up one for each side of the hole, welded a bolt onto the bottom one and used the top one to sandwich the dash then cut the bum out of the suction cup mount, drill a hole through the guts of it and bolt it down

Mounted up the aerial , will run the cable into the cab tomorrow night when it’s up on the hoist again - taking her in for a wheel alignment tomorrow then it’s up on the hoist to fit this stuff and the rear sway bar I bought from Brett if the mounting brackets turn up -
