Thanks for a great weekend fellas, really good to catch up, put a face to some names and meet some new FB / EK buddies.
UGS is back home now tucked up in his shed after his big adventure to the big smoke. Jeez the old grey was purring like a kitten right up until it went bang and shat its self though.
Thanks for your great hospitality blacky and Dr Bob for the stimulating conversation into the wee hours, any time your down Margs way fellas, don't be a stranger.
Looking forward to meeting no 2, hopefully not 2 hours late on the back of a tilt tray this time.

Yeah, it might have been me...I don't venture far from Freo...
A general question: Has Tony and his old Holden wrecking yard relocated or gone for good? Where is he now?
I'm contemplating getting him to put some insert plates in so I can fit seat belts in the front.

G'day ,
We have been busy this week getting things off the ground , we now have a Post office box for snail mail , a bank account , a shiny new email address and I will be sending all this stuff off to the Department of Commerce to get ourselves incorporated tomorrow.
I have received a few more enquiries from the Gumtree ad , so I am going to have another meeting at home on the 24th August at 4 PM to let everyone know what the latest is and to welcome more new members.
Our Postal address is - PO Box 185 , Kalamunda , 6926 , and our email address is
fbekholden@yahoo.com.au
If you are interested in joining send me a PM and I will email you a form and the bank details for direct deposit ,or you can bring cash to the meeting or do it the old fashioned way with a cheque or money order.
Cheers, Blacky.

Congratulations, fellas.....
Blacky - it was always going to happen... and you were the one who would most likely achieve it... dibs to you!
Forget the #1 membership.... who's aiming for the #59 thru #62 ones...?
For anyone local considering joining - and has not done so yet..... with ours, after more than 25 years of forming - a foundation member holds high esteem and continuance.... don't hold back... I wish I was a foundation member of ours.
Nats - there are quite a few cars over here who would probably make their inaugral trip across the plain for a nats and have a sunset thrown on the other side of the paintwork... but it would involve a 2 week leave pass, very much like what we easterners (the "other" half of Oz) understand how difficult it is for you fellas to bring your buses over here..... more's the pity..
Big outlay to be absorbed for what would most likely not be financially viable... and I'm certain you are fully aware of this...
But, as many from eastside do visit westside, it will be great to stroll up and visit advertised runs/meets now that you have established your club - and hopefully, will post upcoming events....
Again, congratulations folk - take care of and support your paternal creator.....
frats,
Rosco
