just shelled out $250 on a new alloy radiator FOR A HR that i had to cut the sides down to fit

and then drill holes in the correct position

to find out it's to thick

will not go in at all with the fan on the motor

and with the fan off (don't know what i'm sposed to use

) it misses the end of the water pump by just millimeteres

i have an idea on what i can do but i need to find someone that can weld alloy, but i shouldn't have to be doing any of this
thanks for the offer

that is what is keeping me sain i have a very patched up one in it now (i've let the car idle for a while with no dramas but not driven it) will go for a drive today and see how it goes
worst comes to worst you and someone else have offered a radiator i'll take one of you'se up on the offer and hopefully resell this one and get some of my money back, i'de say it would be ok in a H/KTG and maybe toranas cars that have a little more fan to radiator room

radiator is ok but you have that sfinkter tightening feeling while driving expecting something to go wrong at any minute
could be a prototype i forensicly examined the bolts and am sure the chinese chrome rocker cover and side plates are factory

and the late model f ord split bench i think was also factory fitted

the cable ties holding the roof lining up were i believe a very rare option

also believed to be the first holden ever fitted with an aussie 4 speed from the factory

and all this with a genuine 27,000 miles on the speedo
