she has come along way andrew i didnt realise yummm that 202 should go hard i noticed at the burswood cruise ya dont have door trims??

congrat defenently my favorite FB i have seen so far im not sure weather i like FB or EK THANKS ANDREW!!!

Hi Mike,

I do have door trims - I just pulled them off to install my Autoloc door popper solenoids.

Haven't had a chance to put them back on - usual story.

PS. i cant say much coz i have NO motor, box,tailshaft oh ad not to mention my interior i have 1 green armrest, no carpet, a gaping hole in my floor, moldy seat belts, torn headlining, torn wheel well covers, a cracked and chipped horn button, a black and brown steering wheel, 2 grey and gay front seats and a smashed up tail gate board so i better shut my mouth LOL!!

The popper are excellent.

I can lock my car again a big improvement over the RB poppers, which although an excellent idea, were not very robust.

Has been driven most days this week, but I have an EB Falcon to drive in adverse weather conditions.

I think that once the turbo goes in it will see a lot more action

hahaha cool atleast she is getting used and not just sitting there unlike some people out there that just let them sit and go cleaning the shed finding it and saying oh i forgot i had that

Hey everyone,

I have a problem with my ignition barrel - it is loose and I can't seem to tighten it.

A few weeks ago I tried to remove it so that I could remove the bezel behind it however all of my attempts to re tighten it have since failed (as did my attempt to remove the bezel)

I can see that there are three indents on the barrel surround, which I assume are intended to be gripped by a special tool when tightening. However, my chrome surround just spins when I attempt to tighten it by hand.

Could this mean that the thread has stripped off of it?

Any help would be much appreciated, as it is really annoying having to turn the key with two hands!

Disconnect your battery, then remove the ignition barrel and inspect the thread. It sounds like it's stripped, but on the plus side it probably won't be too expensive to get another ignition assy and put your barrel in the new one (or just a new locking bezel for it if you're lucky).
I'm pretty sure you're meant to use a proper tool, but i normally use needle nose pliers very carefully to tighten it. Works for me, but it's not too nice to the bezel sometimes
