Yeah it is nice, saw it when it was ebay.

Since I've been cleaning it up I've found a few suprises in the rust department especially under the stainless in front of the rear wheel arches.

Was humming and arrghing whether to fix it or flog it on. It has since fallen in the fix it pile. It'll be getting a HR balljoint front and will be rebuilding all the suspension and brakes.

I'll just keep chipping away at it bit by bit as money and time allows. Get it regoed and drive it doing bits and pieces as I go.

I'll post more pics when there is something worth posting.

Congratulations on the purchase, I'm an HD fan, restore it to original, do not modify it as there are not too many examples of this model remaining, it was ahead of its time in design, a radical move by Holden.

Well the HD was a lot worse than originally thought. Cancer was terminal and had taken a strong hold on her integral body, so I decided to put her out of her misery. She was a very successful organ donor though, with many of her parts going on to other holdens to help them live a long and healthy life.
