Obviously if the grey was standerd the red would eat it as it is the red is better bottom end and the grey top end all depends what you want
I would prefer to put a grey back in but it doesent seem to have a lot of miles on it and there are other things to do like put a auto back in replace the HR drums with disks and fit up an air con and then hopefully I can do some tidying up on the FB
bit quiet with the nats being on so I thought I would put up a little progress not very exciting but its something
Trimatic is in and runs great a $60 ebay find
Painted the wheels red and put on K-Mart wheel trims (I cant aford the good ones and these were in the back of the car when I bought it) looks much better than the white also gave it a good clean up and waxed it a few times came up alright
No Mick it still has the rrrr, the rree, I cant even say it
hopefully rip it out next year as $$ are non existant ATM
Hi Cal thanks mate Kitten no1 and Repo(made by CRC) but any quality brand canubra wax is the go
Im far from an expert but I seem to get the best results using old towels
I tried a roll of open weave cotton from supper cheap that is suppusedly for polishing and waxing and it looked like crap but was probably my tecnique
I went and got one of those orbital polishers and it works a treat. Just gotta make sure you change the head regularly. Ideally you have two, one for wax on, and the other for wax off.......BANZAI!
I'd rather drive something made of metal, not plastic!
