Nice wagon mate. They are worth at least 3 times a sedan price.

Bit more tinkering over the weekend....found a few more spots for me to fix up, the list grows!

Then I dummy fitted my crate motor....bit of a performance build on this one
- 2x BXOV-1 carb
- 1x BXOV-2 carb
- Wood manifold (very rare bit of speed gear)
- LS1 cast headers
- Brownes block

Love it, should patent that "WOODY" manifold

I got a 283 that would fill that bay up nicely

Cheers

Got my trimatic to go behind the grey on a strand today. Will get it freshened up before I give it a paint and fit up.
Still got to get an adapter kit.

Is the shifter on the left? Can't make it out in the pic.

It should be on the right.

Hey trev, the shifter is on the right hand side.

Does it only need to be on the right hand side if you plan on running column shift?

I want to use a lokar floor mount, running the cable and modify it to suit the tri, so I didn't think it would matter too much?

Thanks mate, that's the kit I've read about - seems to be the best way to go.

Haha I don't know how these little 6cyl trimatics would hold up to a 283....

Yes, only for a column only.
I just presumed it was going to be column, sorry.
