took my 06 yz 450f for a blast today ,in the bush ,so much fun as usuall
the stepson has a 125 just rebuild and I lend a friend the dt175 that has a knock in 1st gear sounds like a hard link
but its in thee box
had so much fun ,we ride at yarrabila in the pine forests /conservation area
huge area great fun I wound the old girl out in 4th ,that's enough speed for me ,skating on sand with power to burn
monos out of corners ,smashing that throttle feeling so alive...awesome
we left this morning at 4am got to our destination petrol all over the trailer ,Phuck
the yz 125 was spewing fuel out the overflow
dropped the fuel blew In hoses tapped the carb hardish
no luck
came home pulled the carb of klenig? is oversized and barely fits
cleaned the carb with a dirty rag,put it all back together
sweet still don't know what was wrong with it
new wiseco piston from the states for real cheap
goes like stink
I wanna go riding in the morning whos coming?
you get to see really big kangaroos taller than me

Dave is that 64 Mark3 Diana or a Monza. Nice bike and pretty hard to find good ones these days. I had a mate in the 80's who had a Mark3 went real good but the suspension was willowy compared to the Jap bikes in their day.
