I was lucky with the freight Devilrod. We were getting a new feed truck for work so I just had everything shipped to dodge city and the guys building the feed truck packed it in the back for me. Worked out well given the dollar was where it was at the time which was an added bonus.

Had the rear springs sandblasted today so if we have nice weather they will get a lick of paint over the weekend.

Had a day off last week and was able to put two front inner sill sections together.
Been done by many before me but this is how I did it.
Would have got one section in but angle grinder decided to have a fight with my thumb so finished up early with quick visit to ER for stitches before going away for the weekend.

Cheers Trev, Feel like I may be going overboard with photos some days, but it does make a good record, and already is good to look back on.

Got back in the shed to weld in one of those sill sections the other night. Had another couple of pieces to tap into shape and then weld in as well to make one of these sections strong again. Having done this I tacked in the floor section which felt like another big milestone.
Making the little bits and pieces is proving to be a fun challenge, and with little bits of success, what looked like big challenging jobs are no longer looking so daunting.
