Re: Helenor
Headers now linished
Drivers side Unpainted - don't they look good
Passenger side Painted
They will eventually be HPC coated, want to start the car first to check that none of them will rub or rattle before sending them off to be coated.

Jason,
Mate they look fantastic, your mate sure has done this stuff before.
I remember when I did mine took 3 full days. I didn't spend any time grinding back the welds cause that's another days work
That should give the old girl a nice note, I love the tinnie noise that goes with extractors !!!
Well done not long now hey.
Regards Greg

Re: Helenor
I have major concerns about your driving style scoob
Seriously she is going to be one major head turner

Re: Helenor
Cheers for the great comments
My mate is an artist that's for sure, he did spend quite a few hours grinding and on the linisher.
Yes I can get to the spark plugs
I was pushing to get the car on the road this weekend but it's not going to make it unfortunately
Maybe in a couple of weeks

Re: Helenor
The usual Friday night/ Saturday morning work on the car shift with Plenty of Pizza
Exhaust mocked up
Painted and mounted
Hmmm, maybe the exhaust should finish here
Sway bar being fitted
Some gratuitous underfloor shots
Transmission cooler
Brake and fuel lines

mmmmmmmm so close and so cool man
Re: Helenor
Fantastic build!
BTW, a mate had a similar exhaust system dumped just before the diff; it sounded great - he loved it; but the cops didn't... they were happy with his driving and the rest of the car; even chose to ignore the decibel level (loud) but insisted on tail pipes (at Bright Rod Run)
