Everything checked out with the engine, wasnt as bad as first thought...
Ended up fitting a set of triple carbs, definitely a better setup..
Have fitted the sunvisor, side mouldings, spats and venetians..
Took it for a bit of a cruise this afternoon and took some photos..
The gold tooth is currently at the platers in South Australia, im guessing it will take 3-4 weeks...

This car looks fantastic ,you must be proud of yourself :)

Just noticed that the other pink sedan in your pics could be an old mate of mines car , did you buy it from a guy in Shellharbour ?

WOOOOORRDDDDD! pretty much sums it up!

Looks sick man, tripples always a better option! i like it, everything in the bay looks practicle and easy maintain but good enouhg to eat off!

so apart from the gold tooth whats next? it can never be finished!

His responce do what you want I can see what you have done and how its done after its done??????????

EKK001....... I have to admit that I wouldn't think of doing what you have done, but I also have to say that it is one very impressive EK and if you aren't stoked with it you bloody well should be!! Great job, great car, well done. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Thanks for the praise guys, it couldnt have turned out better... I am just very lucky to have a dad thats retired and loves fixing the shit that i break..

But yeah, I had all these ideas in my head for the past 6 years and to finally see it all together is fantastic...

Harko, the pink one was bought off an old lady up here in Newcastle back in 97 so not the same one...

A couple of things to come, gold tooth, bullet centre cap for the front wheels, hot rod style dress rims, ram tubes for the carbs, fishtail tips on the back..
I think thats all i can think of at the moment..
Perhaps it needs to be lower...
