Small Block for EK Wagon

Post by WesternWagon »

Home from the Nats with lots of inspiration and a Ride in Gazza’s very cool Sedan.

A suspension upgrade is in order, so I went and had a look at Jeremey’s sedan under construction.

Pics soon

Small Block for EK Wagon

Post by WesternWagon »

Well after the Nats and a long haul home, I bit the bullet and bought a Rod-Tech IFS
What a top quality bit of kit, almost a shame to paint it.
Also a McDonald Bros a Triangular 4-link for the rear also top quality unit.
15” Streaters and TA’s, 235’s in the rear
Few other small jobs to get out of the way the full steam on the wagon. Bit of primer on the brackets to keep them fresh

Wow. Cool stuff. Think the control and steering arms are stainless at least? Quite a weight saving by the look, never mind the improved geometry and fine tune capability.

ooo aaaaa - Glen Mcgrath - thats very nice gear - whats the full whack on that front and back set up if thats not too rude a question - very good base for a modern rebuild.

No holding back hey Gazza !!!!

Does the front end have sway bar attachment points ? Its the only reason I didn't buy one a few years ago!

Lots of fun for you in the next few months

No sway bar

Spoken to a few people that have them and they seem to handle very well
