I did this when I pulled apart the FB, then I wanted to get lots of parts plated (including all the nuts n bolts) so they all got tipped into a bucket together
what a waste of time

Boxes, zip lock bags (or a bag sealer - they are great) marker pens and most importantly a CAMERA - and notes, and more notes !!!
Oh yeah, and a shitload of $$$, lol !!!

Dav Mac- yer im with you on the heap of money part.
so i qued up a job picking for the next 5/6 weeks in that hot hot sun.
Devilrod- i'm trying to be super careful, but i know i will loose parts.
its in my blood
ill have to go around to all the car yards and scrap yards ect.

i've found the mower is a great parts/ bolt finder
word of advice, don't try finding a flex plate with this method... damn near took dads foot off (and i'm still hearing about it 7 years later, don't know what he's bitching about, he's got another one
)
great to see your getting into it, just stop, stand back and take in what you've done and how your going to do the car or it will overwealm you very easily.

sorry to hear that your still hearing that day 7 years on.
overwhelming thats for sure. i have a few ideas but i stumped on what to do.
ill try photo shop something up an see how i go from there.

Whatever you do make sure you have a clear plan in place before you start repairs/re-assembly. Budgets blow out once you start re-doing things because you've changed track half way through..
