Well today i thought out what car audio gear i want in the car. I want both SQ and SPL so i am going for a SQL set up.
Here is a list of the gear i am going to run in the car
Headunit: Kenwood single din with USB and ipod playback
Front speakers: Alpine type R 6.5" splits
Rear speakers: 2 x Apline type S 5" coaxil
Front speaker amp: MB quart 2ch 100rms @ 4ohm
subwoofer: alpine type R 15"
Subwoofer amp: Alpine 1000wrms mono block
cabling: 2 x Stinger twisted RCA cables, 4 gauge power wire for both amps, 60A fuses for both amps, BIG 3 upgrade with 0 gauge wire
Extra's: Neons at the bottom of the subwoofer box and in the middle of the rear parcel shelf where the 4 5" speakers will be housed
Well this is what i have planned so far, I am going SQ for the speakers and SPL for the sub, For the box i have decided to go 3cuft ported tuned to 38hz for some crazy numbers on the metre.

OK after a couple of PM's young fella i think needs a bit of plan/hand with direction and what to do these are my sujestions feel free to add or comment remember he's on a tight budget
1. at this point in time you don't need to really be thinking about stereos unless you have the bits or come across the bits at rediculous prices, remember by the time the car is going there will prolly be better stuff available
2. yor engine can't speak for QLD laws but in NSW to fit a 202 you need an engineers report 202 being harder than say a 186, off the top of my head you need disc front this will also include doing the rear brakes to suit aswell which is a complete diff housing change then seatbelts in all seating positions heater demister 2 speed wipers left and right external mirrors on top of these things for a 202 you need a collapsable steering collum and dual circut brakes
so alot of cost there, with this in mind if it's where you want to go for now on a budget just put yor stock 202 in buying hot heads and a holley you really won't notice the differance extractors are handy at this point usually not to dear to buy and that's a job done for later
3. gearbox if you just want the car going use the stock crash gearbox but be gentle, from hear any other gearbox is going to need floor mods so it is handy to tackle them at this point cheap option is a three speed all syncro slightly more aussie 4 speed then the 5 speeds, all the parts you need for the syncro box shouldn't run to much more than $100 including floor shift all second hand, 4 speed say $300-$400, 5 speeds $500-$1,000
so lets work on 202 4 speed quick fix
1. with the car at the stage it is fix any floor rust and structural rust
2. get a HD/HR front preferably already set up for FB/EK if it's set up for EJ/EH it will bolt in but engine mounts still aren't in exactly the correct position
3. with this done start working on yor floor hump gearbox crossmember mods
then work on getting the car as a complete unit guards doors etc on and any outer body work needed remember this is a basic direction to do a basic car NOT a total rebuild plan
and most of what you want to do will require an engineers report so you'll need to speak to one and have him tell you what he wants and how he wants it done, shop around as there opinions and prices can vary quite considerably
i'm sure there is more but this is a start

Ok devilrod i thought long and hard and came up with these things i need to do/buy to get the EK running on the road
HD or HR front end Disc or Drum what ever i can find
HD or HR rear diff
Get new seat belts as when i went to take them out today i found that 2 of them have been cut and tied back togther
EH sump and pickup
Buy new clutch for gearbox
Buy new seals for gearbox
Some steering collum that fits in easy
dual circut brake slave cylinder
Fix all the rust holes and dent
get a fly wheel to suit the old gearbox with the red 202 motor
Just give the chromes a really good clean
get 350holley carby
Custom exhaust and extractors with 2 1/2" tubing
I would really like a set of Chrome black 18" rims
Alternator and alternator bolts
Get stereo gear ( i will leave the sub till the very very last)
When it is all done drive and drive
Well i hope this covers anything, if not just tell me and i will chuck it up there.
Cheers

Speak to an Engineer in your area before you buy stuff so you know exactly what will get signed off... i said this in your engine post, as much as they will say everything that everyone's said before at least you will know and maybe have a better understanding where they are coming from....
alos you can go HD drum front and fit HQ Stubs & Brakes, you can then change the rear to HQ or machine the nose of the front brakes dront and re-stud to suit early holden, you will need 14" wheels however...
correct me if i'm wrong but a torana column will be a pain in the arse to fit in there as it is, your going from a steering box to a rack and pinion column - alot different
maybe speak to this guy http://rodsracks.com.au/ he did my column for me and advice of modifying a VB commodore Rear R & P setup, good work, he may be able to assist you and his prices really aren't that bad (compared to alot of places - others may have a different opinion)
cheers
