Not sure what caravan I will have there yet as my little late 50's early 60's aluminium one I was rushing to get restored for this event can ease up a bit as I have bought a bigger 1956 bondwood one that I can take instead 8)
sounds like your gonna need a headstart fbwannabe, whatcha towing the van with?
.....just need to determine how much of a headstart youll need :wink:

Well, we have found a bit more rust in the fb then we have bargained for so I won't be bringing the fb to the nats :cry: . Typical story, a mini resto and quick tidy up blows out to a major teardown :roll: oh well the joys of owning a 49 year old car! Looks like I will be bringing the VS Vacationer instead, makes sense as this is a vacation for us :lol:

wouldn't be sleeping in a car in bendigo in june that's one of the reasons why i'm still only thinking about going TOO COLD

Shit, and I was thinking of coming down in my work ute and sleeping in that .

It's got a canopy on the back, Ratbox....looks like a panelvan.

Not the right time of year at all for camping in Bendigo. My parents are in Chewton a half hour south and its already hitting 2 deg in the morning....
