sorry if this was already mentioned but whats goin on with the front end, you obviously need disk brakes. some notification would help as i might be interested in this style if it retains the original front end.

Hi matchew , the front end will have LX Torana discs , callipers etc , mounted using a CRS adaptor kit.

so the engineers happy with the disc adaptors, not telling what you should or shouldn't do, but the ones i've dealt with always want ball joint front more than disc brakes

Just another thought will the drag link for the steering clear the sump.
