Cleaned up the new diff for it today, the bloke I bought it from wants the diff and wheels for his next project so I need to get it out and return it, besides it’s way too wide for my liking ……
Whoever set this diff up in the last car should be shot - the welds were shocking and the brackets looked like it was mounted in a trailer , some terrible booger welds that needed to be oxy cut into oblivion

Cleaned the brakes and other bits up , have ordered saddles to weld on when we get back from Fins

Had a look underneath and there is plenty of room to mini tub this bad boy , there’s about 80mm between the inside of the tire and the chassis rail, has a 205 on it now and there’s a bit of room on the outside of it as well so happy days Image

Me mats Sam had a cowl vent in his stash to compare to mine - looks like the one in the ute will need to be replaced

Minilites suit it, do the tubbing and get some dished for the rear then the J will look mean.

Mini lites have gone back to the seller they weren’t part of the deal - I am not a fan of them anyway …. Have a set of CenterLines and a set of widened steelies , will most likely run with one or both of them
