I’m not great at paints I just teach myself where I can I used to do a lot of hydrographics which is very 2pac dominant. I mainly take advice from the paint reps at the shops. Any advice is always welcome.

Me too. I’m very lucky to have found a retailer that is an ex-painter. Good on you for having a go.

Hydrographics Dave - thanks for that! just spent an hour on YouTube. Can't believe I never heard that term before. Was a bit of a "so that's how they do that" moment for me.

The whole car!!! Seriously though, already got me thinking about the steering wheel. Carbon fiber? Woodgrain? Pearl? Fully sick carbon fiber instrument cluster.

Good stuff mate.

Just remember the poison isocyanate, that mask you got on wont save you.

At a minimum it needs to be carbon filtered, Sunstrom do a good mask but its just the minimum.

The isocyanate is in most hardeners so read the tins and be very careful.

I used to do a fair bit but YouTube is the biggest lie. It’s so much harder and more involved than what you see. Thinking of doing some of my engine covers but we will see when the time comes to it I’ll post some photos of what I have done
