Very cool project Tim.

The side benefit of having the kids drive FB/EKs is that the cars attract attention. Makes it a little harder for them to do something silly, then blend into the crowd. Even my son's VL does the same thing.

To be honest the rust just makes it easier to remove !!!

If that spare cut is in good nick then it will go quick, the time is taken up by hand forming or making things from scratch.

Will be good to see its progress.
