Yeah I've had them on a previous car, they are alright for what they are.

Me personally I'd do the bare minimum to it if you plan on tearing it down later. Just means extra sanding later! Save your money and buy real white walls :mrgreen:

yeah - i have thought about doing bare minimum to it (which is leave as is) but you know what its like when you get a new toy :twisted:

Heres a Buick with a very similar hue to your EK with a satin finish, looks great :thumbsup:

that buick does look pritty cool. might give that a shot 8)

also looks like i picked up some cruisin' skirts for it too! sweet.

now onto getting some 14s sorted so i can get my whitewalls. Anybody in QLD selling some rims?

Bit of a rub back wiith wet & dry and a couple of coats of clear satin should get you there. Simple. Then the jambs will all be the same colour.

Love the buick. Hope my future 2 door project will look as cool.

I think yr existing colour would look 8) in flat also. I resprayed mine the same colour but flat. (not intentionally :oops: :oops: )

As for goatees and flat black cars- I grew a goatee after the nineties just cos I always wanted to- I still want a flat black car because I haven't ever owned one - isn't trendy is trendy isn't it? :roll:

that light blue colour looks good mate - way better then my dark blue :)

ive already owned a matte black car - was alright, showed up scratches and finger prints bad tho....used it as a daily while i built my hq.

ordered some flappers for the 13s as a temporary thing untill i get around to getting some 14s.
also ordered a set of baby moons for it...

now the to choose a wheel colour........ 8)
