I had a nice day,though I musta walked everywhere but where Sputzs car was....cos I never saw him OR his car...And I never realised Jackos EJ proto had a 50c chrome aircleaner and a WEY rocker cover ,either....lovey car otherwise..but some dickhead has messed with it along the way. :thumbsup:

Hi All
Had a great day picked up a really good condition FB bonnet bar at swap meet, lovely wife came out for lunch nice walk up to Hogs breath mmm, then finished the day with ....that is my name :shock: ... is that my name... that is me :esurprised: ... A Car of the day trophy

That is the first FJ station wagon I have seen didn't know they made them.

But as you know at these events you run into people everywhere and the day gets away.

That FJ wagon wasn't factory, it was one of the ones made by Cordell (body-builders) in Melbourne. I believe they made 24 in total during the 50s.

There is one 'real' FJ wagon though. It was built as a prototype by GM-H & was purchased by a GM-H employee. It is now owned by his son.

Yeah, there's a photo of the GMH one somewhere. Looks a bit different to this one.

I probably don't know style if it hit me in the head :lol: , but I didn't like the wagon version they had there. Can't put a finger on it, but it looked odd :?
