Hey Amigo ,worth the trip ,but this new tax we gonna get,I dunno bout it :evil:
think we all gonna get run by china now,
The engine in my EK Holden is a V8 from Japan(imagine saying that in 62?)
Absolutely no offence my kiwi brother but as Bob Dylan once sang
the times they are a changing.

have moved a few steps forward , the engine is running now, just need the tailshaft to complete the driveline . the only panel work left is the left guard then it's full paint job . ImageImageImageImage

The crossmember looks to be a top notch job, come up a treat.
That donk just looks bloody amazing sitting in there!
Very clean bus.

got the car painted last week , now its the fun part ,putting it all back together. got a couple of questions . Is there a small clip or something at the top middle of the windsceen , there is a self tapper hole there, and I have a metal strap about 1.2 m long and about 20mm wide with slightly up turned edges and holes in it about every 200mm , I remember taking it off the car but can't figure out where it goes now.ImageImageImageImage

Hi There,

That looks like the strip that holds the rubber between the rear bumper bar and body.

It stops all the dirt and crud splashing up onto the beaver panel where the fuel tank hole is.
