I've got a ute shell, no rear window though and I have no way of getting there and back.
If you can sort out transport I don't think I'll miss it for a day or two.

He will probably need a window rubber, or part of, to determine an exact fit

Hi Stu, Happy New Year to you.

Can they copy an original ute venetian without a ute there?

Hi Stu, I have an original one. challenge is, it it in near mint original condition (Out of the Cropper Creek Ute)

Can they guarantee it's safe handling while in their care?

I can have it packed well.

I would need the venetian back before the Nationals :)

Thanks,

Steve

thanks steve...
after purchasing a set of his blinds for the snowcrest wagon, i know he packs his goods well... and quality is great... so i am sure it will be looked after !
but i will make sure that he is comfortable in handling "fragile" goods.... as long as you are happy to send it off ! 8)

ok... got the following from manufacturer of blinds...

" the shade we will make will be fitted differently to the original ones, the original one used the existing holes and replaced the barrel bolts with longer ones, this fitting was a real pain, as the barrel bolts were not easy to reinsert, the new shades would be made to drill new holes into the metal strips and use a waxed stainless steel screw to secure. I should have the shades available by the end of January... "

anyone see any dramas with the above ? if so.. let me know ... so i can pass it on...
also just confirming cost...

again thanks to steve for the offer.. and if he is still happy to send his blind off... all good to go... ! 8)
