looking sweet mate , I reckon you are better off concentrating on the fuel and brake lines etc - easier to do with the donk and box not in the way, plus the ute will be easier to maneouver in the paint shop without the added weight. Motor and box in looks like bulk progress but its actually one of the easiest steps to do

Is this panel a parcel tray?

Yes OZ it is, there is a section of it, actually the piece that goes underneath from side to side in the tray, that has to be unpicked and replaced in my ute.

The panel and paint guy is going to do it but he is not sure if he is just going to unpick the piece or cut the lower window seal section out completely and fit.

I need the lower section behind the ute seat.... I'm surprised someone hasn't marketed sheets of patch panel with those swage lines pressed/rolled in, given how much it's used throughout these old Holdens.

I agree mate you never now with so many of our cars being brought back to life one day somebody will make replacement panels for our cars like they do in the states and we may be able to get whole floor pans, guards and the like or am I just living in a pie dream there

I share your dream Neil. Been using odd bits of floor to try and match swages on the van floor. The bottom of the vertical panel behind the seat is not good. I think this is the same panel Phil is after.

Not much done since last update just trying to do jobs while waiting for it to go to paint.
Started on front brake lines on Saturday and will try to get fuel lines etc. in soon
I would like to get tighter bends but dont want to kink the pipe either and I will have to make up a small clamp and clamp the 2 lines together.
