Once again I have to say I love the green. Also the green backlighting. Looks accentuated from the factory issue. The HD powerglide shift indicator came up smik. That green beer has to go though. Suggest you get a contrasting red one to match the wheels.
Cheers

I thought I put white leds in the dash but maybe I put in green

. The chrome shift indicator is a ek one but with a new blank indicator and reverse sticking stickers from that bloke who does the trimatic to grey conversions Roger i think was his name. The original gear indicator has a green tab on the end and use a normal globe to get the oem the green effect. I just put a small green led in and looks same as oem.
Im more on the coopers yellows , green was just a left over that needed to be drunk

Good work
Well the shifter light thingy looks the goods. I've heard of that conversion but had doubts about the longevity of the stick on letters. Also about getting the green colour but your led trick seems to solve that.
Watch out for the yellow label if you mean stout. I thought that was reserved for we hardened alcoholics. Or maybe that's just the longnecks I'm thinking of.

I know a 2.78 banjo needs the long bolt housing but can't remember if the 3.08 does?.....Regardless, you'll find a 3.36 is a nice ratio with the red six.

Looks tops Clint
The car has come along way since your first post and you have overcome a few challenges, well done. I must say it has been a very long time since I've seen my speedo nudge the 80 mph mark. Must be something to do with age............ both the car and owner!
