Cheers GPI, you know, I don't mind sharing with genuine, like minded people/enthusiasts, and there is a few people on this site which have helped me along the way, whether it was for advice or parts, or just being a good bugger.

What does the warning notice say on the bonnet catch (near horn) never seen one on there before?

Congratulations Thommo, you did s beaut’ job on this.
What did you end up doing to get your brake and clutch reservoir tins looking so good? Did they need repairing?

Gday John,
I found a couple of tins, but after blasting they would normally come out with tiny holes in on the bottom, the ones on the car did have a couple of tiny holes, I used petrol tank repair goo on the inside of the tins to repair the holes and to put a lining on the inside of the tin. then painted outside with a rattle can.
