As they say " nothing to see here, just move along ", ha ha.

Showed Clay the tail lights yesterday that I will be using but swore him to secrecy.
I may start a new thread on my build, if I have time.
Cheers,
Roger

Already a small run on the b pillar. I'm allowing 20 minutes between coats.

Hmmm, tricky stuff. Ran like de'Castella. I only have a 2.0mm gun.

Anyway decided I like the colour for honeypot, column and head lining trims. I mixed half what I had so using it up. Will rectify the tank and go again another day.ImageImage

I did the top side second and was careful so no runs. Next time I can just paint the bottom on the flat. Just holding the gun further away and less overlap. It's a bit different go acrylic primer.

Bonnet hinges and striker would look good in this. Pity I already painted them in SCA epoxy enamel. It was over a year ago. Might give it a try on top.Image

The door strikers and hinges come up really good just being zinced - relatively cheap and not as susceptible to chips and rust - I just got a heap together like bonnet hinges - striker and any external mechs and did a basket - was about 350 a basket I think - just a thought

You’ll find me lost somewhere!

Hi Clay the silver looks good mate as you know I like the silver on colour contrast.

Are you going to take advantage of the heated spray booth somehow I don't think you want to wait another 6 months to get colour on your ute.
