I have never sold before. Ironically I did two for friends in Melbourne, of &*#@ Falcon GT's as gifts. My Dad took them over on one of his trips to OZ. He had hardly landed there when I got phonecalls from two happy guys.
I have thought of the idea of doing high quality digital prints and selling those as a possible way of supplimenting my income, to cover the costs of living.
Are you after something in particular.
Alastair

I'm no artist, but I imagine trying to paint realistic chrome would be a huge challange.
That looks absolutely stunning Alastair, amazing.

Thanks guys.
You know it was such a sharp image to work with. On the inside edge of the far front leg you can see where a casting ridge/bur was cleaned off with a grinder in the factory. (shows it has never been rechromed). Naturally those grind lines are in the painting too.
The dog reflects in the bonnet and the base of the mascot, And the green of the bonnet is on the underside of the dogs legs and ribs. And lots of blue sky and the sun reflecting everywhere else. When working on it you can usually work out what's reflecting where.
Hey Blacky, you still got the one I sent you?

Fantastic painting Al!!!
Painting anything that's chromed is a MAJOR pain!!
What has me is the actual size of your paintings..now I have an idea as to how you get so much detail into it..I gotta paint something BIG one day myself!
Scotty.
