Yeah it's good to hear that you have it all under control mate. But for me just the cheap option is the go  until i start work on school holidays with my dad  . But atleast i can get money to buy go fast bits for the engine and extremly loud parts for the boot.

There's just one set back to the gilmer setup and thats once the pulleys start to wear you will have a bugger of a time keeping belts on and also stopping them being chewed up on the pulleys as they wander back and forth. My mates Escort did that after a couple of years. The belt would rub on the alternator plate behind the pulley till it wore thin and broke. Or they'd slide right of the front!!

But it did sound good for while. The other option is Straight cut timing gears from Die Crest Engineering or the likes. Now thas making some noise
Speed and Style........... One day I'll get the speed bit.

If you are earning the money yourself you'll appreciate the $$$ and time that goes into it and you'll be less likely perhaps to abuse the car and do the "drift" thing you seem so fond of doing :? :? :?

Get the drift??   .
I can't think what to write here so this will do.

The only reason for time is so everything dosen't happen at once.
