Hey Stinky, would be interested in talking to you further regarding these dies, I spoke with Daniel and his guy may not be able to do the external lines on the inserts, the oval and cross is fine, but not sure why he can not do the full pattern? it may be a machine size thing? so after our chat he was going to try and get onto Eastern Auto's - so back to square one.

I am happy to learn the process and invets time and energy to make dies, or to invest some donor panels and assist you in making them for EK work that may come your way in the future, if as you said you can find a guy that has a large enoguh RF Welder. (I asume the machines are uber expensive?)

Brand new RFs to do reasonable size door trims are around $45k ex Sydney
The truck tarp place I am using can only do long skinny stuff, but with a template large complicated patterns shouldn't be an issue.

HI EKWagon, what colour insert material have u got. Am restoring a wagon in Tartan Torquise with White top. Inserts are the Torquise colour , not blue. Need enough to do front bench. I have heard of a bloke near Inverel that can make the die and do the job.
