yea not wrong there mate id hate to do the alignment . with yours you leaving the hole in the inner guard so for easy access?

Yes the openings are staying, but I am making a cover plate and welding nuts under the inner guard so it looks better and can be removed easily from the engine bay if the shims need adjusting. :D
