Thanks to everybody which came along
verrrrry hot day but its great to see people still come out and endure the heat just to support my cruise.
We counted 60 cars but only ended up with about $1146.40 which is still a great effort.
The cruise was good, cottesloe was packed and everybody was enjoying the cars, after that everybody I think got directions wrong etc and we ended up in split groups. Caught up with a few around the belltower...
At the finish we lost half the cars but Rocket to Memphis was playing, we presented some prizes and enjoyed a hot dog and a beer.
Big thanks to Shannons, My Little Rockabilly, Kaddykid, Andrew Bower, Dean Fletcher, Kieran Brooker, Mum, Dad, Brother, Sister, Marc Perez, and the FBEK CRUISIN CLUB for coming
Thanks to Mr Bitmead I may have a feature in Nitro Magazine, just have to get the story to them ASAP.
So finally thanks to all who came down, next year il add a kiddy pool or something if its another 37deg dayy
Might go up the coast next year so we dont all get split up.
Cheers
Jay
ps: pics later when i recieve them

J, any 16 year old who attempts, and then pulls off today's cruise, which in the end is for fun and raising a bit of coin, deserves a pat on the back. Top effort, unfortunately the forces of nature (38 degree day on a stop go cruise) gave it a bit of a pounding. But a great turn out, and a top effort. You'll go far brother, you'll go far!!!!
Couple of photo's as the previous posts.
Personally, I had to leave at the bell tower due to the heat on the car, and my eight year old passenger. I still got home in one piece (40 minutes east of the Belltower), and lasted longer than the couple of rods that cooked and parked in Kings Park.
Cheers again J, top work.

I was surprised the mighty grey beat all those open engine rods :S
wasnt changing gear too well and I had pretty high revs....
there was that one huge hill when the road was red, had a speedbump near the top... too fast for 1st tooo low for 2nd, held up everybody behind me and i swear I heard a cheer when we made it too the top
those photos look really cool - dno what uv done, some kind of editing but they look kinda cartoony... Please if you have any pictures post them.

This was a pre meet photo Trev, before the offical meet. Some couldn't make it to this, but with Arty Farty, HYSTERIA, and the twins supercharged candy machine, I believe we had 7 on the actual cruise, head to toe through the beach run..................
