They tie in colour wise and the pattern isn't too bad plus its a cheap and temporary retrim as the seats need doing. Also I have 2 kids, eldest being 3 and half so nice seats especially in either a silver or white with red trim wouldn't fare to well. Once they are older it will get done. Plus they are hot and sticky in summer...

Lulu, OK here are my photo's. I like to keep it very basic. Notice the really good leg room. Lovely heater out of a :?: Probably a Mack truck from the size of it. and Security sensor on the dash 8) . I would like the option to redo them when finished.

Hey Devil, why the stereo in the glovebox. Have seen a few comments on this, but can't understand why, especially when there is a spot designed to take it. In your case I can see you have an undrilled cover, so don't want to detroy. But why do others put it there :?:

To fit a modern day stereo involves a fair bit of cutting, plus once the glove box is shut there is nothing to see. Can't steal it if you can't see it.

cj fb ute :) Yep I agree, the paint job sure is sexy. Love how Devil did that. Plus red is the No1 sexiest colour too..lol
As for the mex covers, think it's a case of take em or leave em...in Devils & mine..it's take take take
Welllll when I find mine that is

Finny..Yay, you posted your piccies. Thanks for that and WOW that blue is one of my fav's too, plus can't wait to see what the finished product will look like. Will keep an eye out for your progress shots here in the forum. They are the best posts, the progress ones. Don't worry, you'll get there and it's a great car to start with..be proud, looking good so far Finny.
Had a giggle at your "leg room" comment
If anyone gives you grief just tell them it's "open plan"

Devil..Yes very true about the stealing. Certain area's here remind me of the movie 8 mile. Better to be safe than sorry.

I use an I-pod that sends the sounds to the glovebox
where the stearo is, which in turn is switched on/off by the old
radio in the dash.
The I-pod fits perfectly in the ashtray 8)
