This is my new carb linkage system and air filter housings that I machined out of aluminum. I tried the linkages that connect each carb through the centre shaft but I wasn't that happy with it. The engine is still sitting on a stand, I will eventually fit this new engine with a turbo 700.

That engine & trans will suit your wagon beautifully
Classic old school looks, with more modern drivability.

Thanks for your comments. Strata blue it is or thats what we'll call it. The original color off the comp plate is grey not sure which. Yes Stewart there was a lot of trial and error both with the air cleaners and the linkages. I hope the air filters will clear the bonnet and there will be enough clearance at the firewall as I haven't trial fitted in the engine bay. Anyway I'm sure I'll sort that out one way or another.
