Still I could start to see the worth in it when I looked at the photo's and read the story. Full legal v8 and all. Still if you want old school v8 I think Ratbox's car was a much better buy than this thing.

Honestly though look at it, some might like the "patina" look. I have seen it before on other cars and it looks o.k, but to me this car looks like a piece of s#%t that would last about 5 minutes on the road before getting pulled over and defected.

to me, there are a couple of unique FX/FJ ute area's that are sacrosanct -
the rear of the cabin and the entire front..........guess that's most of the ute.....well, from the cabin forwards.........it just "clicks" for me......

I have yet to come to any decision on what to do with the rear of mine - it's been butchered already and has to be done - it has HQ wagon/van rear lights and "flared" rear guards in two stages - I don't like it and will start to get serious when the old bus is finished - that should take me to age 90..... gotta have something to do for the next 10 years after that...............

I pondered on toy truck mirrors - I think it looks better without them.....
