FB/EK/EJ front spacer: 7421702
FB/EK/EJ rear spacer: 7422314
FB/EK/EJ shims in 60, 66, 72 and 78 thou (though no 72 shim for EJ).
No spacers/shims listed in the MasterParts for EH.
HD/HR front spacer: 7426863
HD/HR "mounting" spacer: 7426746

Some measurements (from FC, I'm sorry, but I think the parts carried over unchanged to EK)
Front crossmember bolt : 1/2" UNF x 5-1/2" (1/4" longer than HR)
"Front" long spacer tube: 3.635" long
"Rear" long spacer tube: 3.70" long.
Makes me think that what I thought was an HR front crossmember spacer tube, wasn't.
