Got her home today , so far I have pulled about 100 feet of wire out from under the dash , fixed the vent controls while I was under there , started to clean up the wiring and replaced the flogged out wiper posts. Drives surprisingly well although the steering is pretty heavy for some reason, brakes work great but squeal their heads off , it hasn't done many miles in the last few years , probably needs a good thrashing

replaced that horrible looking bonnet bar with something far nicer

Now I get it. Soap and water to wash Tim's mouth out for calling it an EK. That bonnet bar had us fooled but I see it already had FB guard bars and cowl vent. No one in their right mind would put that stuff on a proper EK!

Hmm... EK 225 dash proves nought. Wonder what diameter switch the A-pillar takes. Post up the plate Blacky?
