I don't think you can post too many photo's. I bought one already in pieces, so its good to see one coming apart.

Motor out, just took a heap of photos, educating myself on what was painted what was not, what goes where.

Today I sent to motor off to be cleaned and opened up.
removing all the bolt on stuff.I have a bit of a process going, take a couple of photos, remove part, bag label go to the next part. enjoying it.

Learnt something today, might sound silly to most, but I did not know you adjusted the timing by loosening the flat head screw.
I reckon if the motor was in the car and I needed to do the timing, I would have been reaching down with my 1/2 inch, backed off the mount bolt and started to use curse words, blaming the car why I could not move the dizzy.

This photo is to remind my self to install the upper thin plate (dust cover) prior to installing the flywheel. as the dowel pins protrude past the teeth on the flywheel.
