Taking care of the rust where the cross member joins to the inner sill panel ...and strengthening the cross member by inserting 4mm plate this should give us a good solid mounting point for the chassis kit from the subframe and from the the rear spring hangers..more later .....Fingers

Looking good Fingers, just a question on your chassis rails, they are folded up from what I can see, have you capped the top or are they open? Just wondering if they will fill up with water and dirt? Trev 8) .

Thanks Trev , that did come up as a problem then we decided to cap them the full length, and any where a bolt goes thru will be crush tubed and fully welded then they will be seam sealed before stone gaurd and color I,m hoping that be take care of that problem mate ...........Fingers
