the driver, other was holding his wrist but still waving it around..
surge of adrenaline is insane! had circled my car and his, taking pics,
only to realise 5min later my leg was kinda sore and blood oozing out..
injuries minor considering.. broken foot bones, ankle, choke knob cut an impressive gash in my left knee, not fractured though,
right knee only grazes! some seriously painful chest contusions with cracked ribs on left, head strike with LOC and grazes..
crutches and cracked ribs was no joy! all good now though.. thanks :esmile:

So will you be paid out for the repairs or is it coming out of your pocket? Glad you're okay

Good to see your Ok, that steering wheel image is sickening.

What speed were you doing 60kph?

I hope your insured fully comprehensively for an agreed value amount, that way the insurance company would have to have it repaired or write it off and give you a full payout.

Make sure you buy it back because the insurance company will just send it to Sims Metal as scrap.

it happened to a friends ute.

lot of history in blu.. have had her for way over 10 years and that red was a pearler!
had for 20 yrs (186A taken from my 1st rusty pink ek, bomb), took me all over oz without a hitch,
though tiring some in the last couple of years, hence the recondition,
was getting ready for yet another road trip, across the nullarbor and up the west coast 8)
sentimental, very much! dollars returned meant little, nor broken bones..
i'm sure there's a few souls on here that could understand this!
blah, blah, blah..
was doing 50-55 km, fairly sure i wasn't doing that in milage
agreed value and salvage rights as all these old beauties should be..
